 60mm Heavy  Duty Telescopic Jockey wheel.

This Jockey wheel has a 60mm tube with a 200mm steel wheel and a rubber tyre.

It has a R clip to stop the wheel winding down.

From the ground to the top of the handle is:

Min 720mm and Max 970mm.
