This socket is for trailer or caravan auxiliary, interior lights,split charging, etc.
AUXILIARY SOCKET CONNECTIONS
1 = Yellow = Reversing lights.
2 = Blue = Battery charging.
3 = White = Earth return for pins 2 & 4.
4 = Green = Constant live.
5 = Brown = Spare.
6 = Red = Fridge.
7 = Black = Earth return for pin 6.
NOTE: Due to the use of a revised 12S wiring system which differs from the original UK Industry wiring system, we suggest that you connect your S type socket as above, to provide maximum compatibility.
