 Small zinc plated lashing ring with reinforcing backing plate

Out side of the lashing ring is 40mm.

It has 4 countersunk holes.

Length between the holes 79mm.

Width between the holes 79mm. 

A hole will need to be cut in the flooring so the ring can sit flush to the floor. The backing plate also works as a template for cutting the floor, simply draw around inside of plate once positioned where you want it,  drill a hole and use a jigsaw to cut out waste area
